My client is a boutique Wealth Management Firm we are looking for a Client Documentation specialist in SG. You will be working directly with the RMs and in charge of all documentation matters.
Responsibilities:
- Review and obtain account opening documents and ensure they are in line with regulatory requirements
- Review clients’ profile and liaise with them on documentation matters.
- Ensure data accuracy of clients’ details in the system
- Liaise with Bankers on any missing documents and discrepancies
- Work with the wider team on any UAT and system enhancement work
Requirements:
- At least 3 years in a Documentation function – ideally from a PB/Wealth firm
- Experience in MAS 626 and local regulatory requirements
- Strong working knowledge of best practices in in KYC and SOW
- Ability to manage and work with regional stakeholders
