  • Candidates must have relevant experience in debt, corporate banking, project / structured finance from any industry

Responsibilities would include:
  • Support origination of debt finance transactions through pitches, financing proposals and pro-active engagement with clients
  • Prepare internal credit applications and lead in due diligence and negotiation of commercial and financing agreements
  • Build, review & run sensitivities on financial models
  • Oversee all aspects of the execution and administration of transactions from origination to drawdown, alongside our middle office
  • Assess requests for consents, waivers and amendments as part of portfolio management
  • Develop, implement and monitor compliance with risk strategies, operating policies and practices to ensure effective risk management
  • Identify & monitor market developments & opportunities
