A Financial institution is hiring for an AVP/VP, Performance Management person to join the team.
 
Reporting into the Head of Performance Management, you will work alongside a team of 4 pax within the function. The role will be responsible for business partnering with group level stakeholders. This will include monthly financial closing, budgeting and forecasting for the subsidiaries, management reporting and detailed analysis of P&L. You will also support and contribute to any performance management related projects i.e., systems/workflow enhancements.
 
Candidates should come with at least 10 years relevant experience covering FP&A/business finance/performance management/management reporting from a bank or financial services firm. Strong communication skills, stakeholder management skills and project management skills a pre-requisite for the role. Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and financial modelling knowledge will be an added advantage.
