Responsibilities would include:
  • Oversee and drive the bank’s sustainability strategy and roadmap, aligned to the bank’s vision and embedded in the business strategy
  • Collaborate with corporate functions on the development and implementation of relevant sustainability frameworks, policies, procedures and initiatives to drive the achievement of corporate sustainability targets
  • Bring sustainability to every part of the bank, integrating into various business functions of the bank
  • Co-own the operational decarbonisation strategy for the group together with Corporate Real Estate Services
  • Lead training programmes to deepen awareness and understanding of sustainability across the group
  • Guide corporate functions on the integration of the group’s sustainability strategy and co-create sustainability roadmaps and solutions
  • Establish and advise corporate functions on sustainability frameworks, policies and procedures and collaborating to track performance and progress
  • Conduct regular benchmarking and keeping abreast of evolving trends and regulations


Profile of Ideal Candidate:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Years of experience: min 5-8 relevant years in corporate sustainability strategy, business planning, COO office, and/or execution
  • Experience developing and establishing sustainability policies, frameworks and procedures at group level
  • Familiarity with sustainability standards and disclosures, key sustainability issues, best practices as well as relevant external stakeholders and ecosystem partners;
  • Good stakeholder management - Comfortable working consultatively with multiple teams and ability to engage stakeholders across all levels to design, build, evaluate, support and improve a range of programmes and initiatives;
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Family culture, good team player
  • Passionate in sustainability/ ESG/ sustainable finance, genuinely keen to drive change and impact
