Responsibilities would include: 
  • Provide advisory and financing solutions on property and property related transactions in the Asia Pacific region
  • Support in origination and growing the non-recourse property finance business
  • Support end-to-end deal execution and documentation
  • Participate in internal processes with management, credit, risk, legal and compliance departments
  • Prepare credit applications, cash flow projections and property memos
  • Perform structure and property risk analysis, support in monitoring and analysis of the property loan portfolio
  • Involved in transaction lifecycle from conception to completion, and preparing financial models, credit memos and deal recommendations for both management and credit approvals
  • Keeping in the loop of all market knowledge, opportunities and industry developments, clients and targets in order to understand the business of the bank's clients and transition developments.
 
Profile of Ideal Candidate: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 2-5 years of relevant debt / structured finance experience, with a commercial/ investment bank or real estate fund
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player, family culture
  • Good interpersonal skills, stakeholder management skills to deal with clients
  • Strong work ethics and excellent learning / work attitude, independent and can perform without much supervision 
  • Positive personality, presentable, with strong work ethics
