  • Candidates must have real estate sector experience and SOME exposure to China real estate market as that is part of the geographical coverage 

Responsibilities would include: 
  • Formulate and execute asset management strategies and plans for the real estate portfolio, including marketing strategies to optimise income, maximize value creation and realise the highest value of our assets
  • Assist with asset level and portfolio level financial modelling, to support senior management’s decision-making
  • Formulate and implement business plans for each asset, identify asset positioning and competitive advantage, and capital improvement initiatives
  • Track and analyse key financial metrics, including revenue growth, operating expenses, and return on investment (ROI)
  • Assess risks related to economic conditions, market volatility, regulatory changes, and geopolitical factors 

Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of real estate asset management experience with some exposure to China Real Estate (Must cover a bit of China market before, and speak basic conversational Mandarin for business purposes) 
  • Experienced in budgeting, hold/sell analysis and develop business plans (leasing, asset enhancement, financing and exits)
  • Direct project management experience in asset repositioning, asset enhancement initiatives would be an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to details
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of financial principles and ability to run financial feasibilities / scenarios  
  • Possess intellectual curiosity to explore new strategies and solutions to enhance property value and performance
