Join Singapore's leading and strong performing insurance group in their Digital Business Team as Digital Enablement Lead. In this role you will lead, create effective processes and execute initiatives to achieve impact for the business and customers. Your role and team will focus on increased engagement with customers and their product holdings. This is done through the creation of automated cross-sell functionalities across digital touch points and targeted tactical campaigns.

Your role will manage mid-long term projects which includes automation, integration of customer cross-selling campaigns into mobile applications, digital collateral and targeted owned media communications.

You can guide and lead a team to deliver on the objectives of the business and team. 

To succeed in this role you need to be highly independent, strong in solutioning, and demonstrate capabilities to engage, influence cross-functional stakeholders across a large organisation. 
Ideally you have at least 8-10 years of relevant experience in the following- customer portfolio management, digital sales, digital customer cross-selling, business project management.
Experience in financial services industry including insurance would be good to have.
