The Job
My client is a renowned brand in the investment funds and asset management space. Working in a collegial team, this will be an excellent inhouse opportunity for an experienced paralegal with relevant experience in financial services.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will assist and support the legal team on legal related matters. Your daily responsibilities would include drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documents including a range of contracts/agreements and product related fund offering documents to facilitate product launches.

Requirements  
Min 4 years of experience inhouse or from private practice in a paralegal/ legal support function. Comfort managing legal and regulatory related queries from the business. You are expected to handle general administrative duties.
Legal support Candidates with experience working with fund houses, retail fund managers, fund and wealth management legal practices are encouraged to apply
