  • Involvement in various corporate recovery engagements


Responsibilities would include: 
  • To assist and perform corporate recovery engagements (which include liquidation, receivership, judicial management, scheme of arrangement, monitoring / special accountant and debt restructuring)
  • To assist and perform advisory services on business strategies based on agreed-upon procedures, due diligence engagements and business advisory.
  • Assist in preparation of letters, notices, emails, reports. Information gathering from books / records of clients and third parties
  • Take control of business premises and assets, followed by realisation
  • Recovery of debts, adjudication of creditors’ claims
  • Investigation of past transactions
  • Able to read financial statements, have numeric sense/ acumen, financial analysis/ review skills
  • Prepare restructuring proposals
 

Profile of Ideal Candidate: 
  • Diploma in Accountancy or Degree in any discipline or professional accounting qualifications recognized by ISCA
  • Good communication and reporting-writing skills
  • At least 1-3 years of relevant experience across any discipline i.e audit / corporate finance/ insolvency / restructuring / deal advisory/ transaction services / due diligence / valuations
  • Strong technical and interpersonal skills
  • Good communication and reporting-writing skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights and construct solutions
  • Good team player, family culture
  • Proactive, committed and able to work under pressure
  • Possess initiative and able to work independently
