In this role, you will coordinate portfolio events, such as account setups and custodian transitions, working closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and any issues are resolved.
 
You will also manage requests related to new markets, trading counterparties, to oversee operational tasks to ensure smooth client service. Post-event sessions will be held to identify areas for improvement, making this an ideal opportunity for someone organized and skilled in client-facing operations.
 
At least 3 years of relevant experience in a client-facing/client operations role. Strong communication skills a pre-requisite for the role, ability to manage multiple projects and a keen eye for detail.
