  • Candidates must have 2-4 years of relevant loan origination/ syndication / structured finance experience

Responsibilities would include:
  • Support senior members of the Institutional Coverage team in managing relationships with banks / financial institutions
  • Sourcing of loan assets from various financial institutions and subsequently facilitating the syndication of loans originated by the firm
  • Evaluate projects and financing opportunities to determine if suitable for financing / distribution
  • Prepare presentations, pipeline files, briefing notes, board papers and other marketing materials
  • Prepare credit screening applications to seek initial approvals, and work with Client Coverage team for proposed acquisition of secondary loan assets from banks
  • Work closely with other stakeholders eg. Legal and Compliance, Risk, Finance, Operations and Treasury functions within the Group for all ancillary activities in support of the secondary acquisition and syndication activities
 
Profile of ideal candidate:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Minimum of 2-4 years in a relevant loan role
  • High energy individual, self-starter, good team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised, motivated, and strong prioritisation capabilities with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to interact confidently with senior management and clients
  • Understand basic project finance or structured finance structures, terms, cash flow models etc
