This is a junior level role for a motivated and ambitious Finance graduate to get their food in the door in Corporate Banking. You will be assisting and learning from a team of experienced Relationship Managers (Corporate Bankers) in the day-to-day.


Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist Relationship Managers with credit risk rating data-entry from customer’s financial statements to the Bank’s credit rating model in the banking system.
  • Assist Relationship Managers with credit application, registration and settlement processes of corporate loans (syndicated / bilateral).
  • Assist with new lending transaction, refinancing or ancillary business tasks including KYC/AML assessment.
  • Assist with portfolio monitoring including periodic credit review and KYC/OCDD review.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to perform credit / loan processing related tasks according to priority.
  • Assist Department Head with administrative tasks, including portfolio reporting, loan drawdown etc.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance or Accounting.
  • 1 or 2 years of related working experience in Banking or Finance.
  • Good research and analytical skills.
  • Good financial statement analysis skills and credit knowledge.
  • Keen interest in building out a career in Corporate Banking.
  • Mathematical proficiency and good Excel spreadsheet skills.
