  • Leading TMT consumer internet e-commerce firm
  • Candidates must have relevant experience/ knowledge on US market/ deals or as there are some upcoming US projects in pipeline coming up. Open to Investment banking, consulting or in-house corporate development and strategy experience in the consumer internet sector.
     
Responsibilities would include: 
  • Collaborate closely with the Group Chief Corporate Officer on key corporate and strategic projects across the firm and its business units
  • Work on a very broad range of investment projects in banking and finance including debt capital markets, asset backed, fundraising, treasury, capital markets transactions, corporate investments, M&A, and other key group-level strategic initiatives
  • Work on US-related deals in the pipeline, such as USD syndicates, bonds, loans, and US market issuances — familiarity with some US financial markets and structures is mandatory
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, 3-6 years of relevant investment experience in Debt capital markets, corporate development, strategy, consulting, M&A
  • US market / US deals / USD Bonds or US market experience is highly needed here due to business needs
  • Background and strong interest in the TMT, internet, e-commerce, digital entertainment and digital financial services industry is advantageous
  • Solid business and financial analysis, project management and communication skills
  • Highly driven, intelligent and hard-working self-starter focused on delivering high quality results with efficiency and speed
  • Team player, humble, pragmatic, organized and results driven
  • Genuine passion for continual self-development in a fast growing company
