The Role:
We are partnering with a large SGX Mainboard Listco with diversified business lines to hire an Assistant Manager, CoSec. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Secretary, in this role, you will ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements for the company and its subsidiaries, prepare and review corporate secretarial documents, provide governance advice to management and directors, and support board matters.

Requirements:
  • Member of CSIS Chartered Secretary and or Member of the Singapore Association of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (SAICSA)
  • Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in corporate secretarial work, with strong knowledge of the Companies Act and statutory regulations
  • Meticulous, organised, and a collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
