This is a unique opportunity to be part of the future in audit. This recognised International Financial Services group is seeking a subject matter expert in ESG Audits, in particular Commodities Trading. This is a newly created position based on the growth in this market currently and exponential growth expected in the near future.
 
Background:
  • The ideal candidates will have gained recent internal or external audit experience in Commodities Trading.
  • You could have gained experience in SOFT Commodities (agricultural or livestock commodities) or HARD Commodities (energy or metals) etc.
  • You will grow your SME skills in energy commodities, renewables, green hydrogen,  exchange trading and carbon credits (VCM & compliance),  etc.
  • Perform risk-based internal audits (financial risk, operational risk, quality assurance, sustainability and regulatory compliance) to group companies and regional offices in Asia and Oceania regions.
  • We will also consider candidates from an Operational Risk or Finance background currently, past audit experience, however must have recently worked within Commodities Trading.
Due to the SME requirement of this leadership position our client will offer:

  • Including relocation support to Australia.
