We are looking to speak with experienced Agency Distribution development professionals with multi-markets and/or regional experience for a step-change leadership role. This position will suit a dynamic individual who thrives in coaching and empowering stakeholders to work collaboratively, and build core strategic thinking and planning skills in the local BUs. This position will be based in Hong Kong, with need for travel. Your role will cover SEAsia markets and other additional assigned markets.  

As Head of Asia Agency Distribution Development , you will have oversight of strategic development planning across the following areas from Recruitment and Selection, Agent career development,  Agency segmentation and Productivity measurement ,  Agency Compensation, Agency Leads generation and growth , cross-selling across other network.

To be strongly considered, you should have at least 15-20 years of life insurance experience, with deep specialisation in agency distribution and development work in Asia. Excellent English communication and presentation skills is required.
