Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Efficiently manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Meeting Coordination: Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and coordinate logistics for executive meetings.
Travel Arrangements: Arrange and coordinate travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries for executives.
Document Preparation: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
