Supply Chain Account Manager for a 3PL business to cover their Medical Device clients across SEA. Firstly no sales involved but you are the link between the clients and the 3PL to solve problems and drive improvements.
Now I am not talking about the "where is my delivery?" but bigger recurring problems that need solving or else they could lose the account. Or the if we implement this solution the client will be so happy they will never leave us.
The Account Manager will:
Work on various MEdical Device accounts across the region providing them with necessary support
Drive improvements across the accounts
Work with sales team on proposals to keep them in line with reality
The Account Manager will be / have:
Medical Device Supply Chain experience
The desire to be in a client facing role
