Responsibilities would include:
  • Spearhead development of innovation and origination/structuring of fund financing for financial sponsors across Asia Pacific
  • Lead front-to-end execution of fund finance transactions (including subscription finance and NAV finance) 
  • Conduct due diligence, financial modelling, credit application preparation, approvals, closing processes
  • Lead team on preparing RFP proposals, term sheets, pitch books, marketing activities, loan documentation, etc.
  • Stay updated on market trends and current events in fund finance industry 
  • Lead internal improvement of fund finance strategy and risk framework, working with key
    stakeholders
  • Lead marketing strategy and dedicated product-based account planning for sponsors

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 8-10 years of direct experience in financing, including fund-level, corporate, asset-level finance
  • Strong interest in and understanding of credit, investment and financial analysis and their application in investment decisions and transaction structuring
  • Good fundamentals of business judgment, with a strong grasp on ethical and professional standards
  • A collaborative team player who is also independent and self-motivated
