  • Candidates must have strong corporate finance experience, preferably in Healthcare and Consumer sectors 

Responsibilities would include:
  • Support Sector Lead in discussion on potential opportunities, including corporate & investment banking related pitching, with sector stakeholders across Healthcare and Consumer
  • Able to engage with clients
  • Keep track of sector trends / developments and generating potential ideas / opportunities in the market
  • Lead the execution process, including preparation of financial model, financial analysis, sector views, sector insights, etc. with relative degree of independence, and coordinate with other Product Team(s) or Relationship Managers
  • Guide / coach juniors from origination, execution until closing

Profile of ideal candidate:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Strong corporate finance / Investment / Investment Banking experience
  • Finance background / knowledge
  • Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or Consumer sector experience is highly preferred 
  • Corporate finance and credit assessment skills
  • Strong Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to leverage and maximise output through internal and external support
  • Ability to embrace cultural diversity and adapt to new environments
  • Hands-on, self-motivated, positive attitude and team player
