An established fund services firm is seeking a Transfer Agency Manager to join the team.
 
The Transfer Agency Manager will be responsible for PE and hedge funds coverage, managing the process from onboarding, transaction processing, background checks and reporting. You will also assist the manager in overseeing the delivery process so that the team is able to meet KPI measures. As a subject matter expert, you will be the key person making improvements to the current systems and operational process.
 
The ideal candidate would have at least 5 years’ experience in transfer agency for PE and hedge funds. Excellent communications skills as you will be working closely with clients and key stakeholders. You are highly professional and able to deliver excellent service standards while ensuring compliance at the same time. Candidates with supervisory experience will be highly considered.
