The Role:

Our Client is a well-established PE Asset Management firm serving a good clientele of institutional investors. You will be part of a global team of transaction services lawyers. This team provides legal support to investment professionals in Australia, Singapore, China, India and Japan. You will, over time become responsible for various firm-wide and global initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Top academic credentials with 8- 10  years of post-qualification experience at a "top-tier" law firm, focusing on M&A or PE funds
  • Knowledge on coordinating M&A deals, knowledge on PE/Sponsor coordination
  • Team-player with superior communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Manage complex structuring projects
  • Detail oriented with excellent analytical and project management skills
