Ethos are currently recruiting for a Senior Strategy Consultant to join a leading Financial Services organisation. The role would suit someone looking to make there first move from a top consulting firm with a broad strategy skill set and excellent problem solving skills. 

This is a very broad role that will play an active role in strategy development, customer engagement strategy, product strategy and other growth focused projects.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop costumer growth and engagement strategies
  • Perform complex analysis and present finding at executive level
  • Develop actionable insights by conducting data driven analysis to support senior decision making across the business
  • Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to help identify competitive threats and new business opportunities
  • Work with stakeholders across the business, including senior leadership, to define business challenges and opportunities
  • Influence key stakeholders to deliver impactful change
  • Evaluating M&A opportunities across the business

Requirements
  • Strong experience in a management consultancy
  • Well developed consulting 'tool kit'
  • Strong modelling skills and business case development experience
  • Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting, Finance or Law, with MBA/CFA qualifications desirable 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including in-depth experience in presenting to various internal and external stakeholders.
