About Our Client
Our client is currently seeking for a driven and technically sound Senior Network Engineer with experience in being involved in upgrading and migration project.  The whole project cycle entails designing and architecting of the project.     

About the role  
  • Daily checks of the logs and network links to ensure no abnormal activity
  • Install, maintain and upgrade all hardware, firmware and software used
  • Apply software and security patches following the patch management requirements
  • Fine-tune network or system parameters
  • Create, delete or modify access rights for the network equipment related user accounts in terms of authentication, authorisation and accounting
  • Manage IP addresses and IP assignment scheme, including for EUCD
  • Manage firewall rules, settings and security configurations e.g. add, delete or modify firewall rules, change encryption keys
About the person
  • Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent
  • 5 years’ experience in configuring switches/routers, firewalls and IDS/IPS
  • Exposure in dealing with Cisco switches, Fortinet firewalls and F5 load balancers
  • good security practices and processes is a requirement even if it’s with a different firewall product.
