Role and Job Description
 
Senior Manager/ Manager*
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor associates
  • Provide support in managing a portfolio of companies listed on Singapore Exchange
  • Review announcements, periodic financial statements, annual reports, and circulars on corporate actions
  • Advise the directors and senior management on continuing listing obligations and corporate governance matters
  • Interact with clients, regulators (MAS. SGX) and other professionals, e.g., auditors, lawyers and corporate secretaries
  • Monitor daily share price movements and media coverage of clients
  • Conduct client-onboarding due diligence
  • Carry out ad-hoc tasks as required
 
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Accountancy/Business/Finance/Banking
  • 5-7 years of relevant working experiences within audit/compliance/control functions. Candidates from professional firm welcome
  • Able to understand and analyse financial statements
  • Organised, meticulous and self-motivated
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet tight timelines and work in a fast-paced environment
