The Company:

Our client, a reputable global insurance firm is seeking a skilled Senior Manager level candidate with experience in Product Propositions and Protection Services. This headcount will report into the AVP, Group Product Proposition and will be based in Hong Kong.


Responsibilities:

  • Contribute towards the integration of support services into insurance products.
  • Provide assistance toward the development of the service ecosystem framework and best practices.
  • Understand the customers’ and families’ pain points and explore, identify relevant service providers who can collaborate and offer mature solutions towards the ecosystem.
  • Providing advice and implementation support to countries launching the support service ecosystem.
  • Internally, collaborate with regional and local stakeholders in the development of support services.
  • Accountable for the service quality and performance of the customer care recovery programme, propose improvements to local countries and monitor activities.


Requirements:

  • University degree. Graduates in health-related disciples would be desirable.
  • Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience doing product development/product management/product propositions in insurance.
  • Insurance products knowledge and protection services experience is required to succeed in this role.
  • Experience in digital propositions/digital business platforms is desirable, please indicate.
  • Experience in customer loyalty programme would be advantageous.
  • Ability to work in multi-cultural environment and diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong English communication and presentation skills for internal & external communications and engagement
  • Agile , resourceful and commercial acumen are qualities we look for.
  • Role requires travel.
