The Company:

Our client, a reputable global insurance firm is seeking a skilled Senior Manager with experience in Product Propositions & Marketing to join their growing business as well as handle their HK and Mainland China clients. This role will be based in Hong Kong.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of product propositions and marketing strategies to the distribution channels.
  • dentify market intelligence, frequent product updates as well as take charge of product enquiries from distribution channels.
  • Conduct product briefings and training for distribution channels
  • Act as a support to various distribution channel business development
  •  Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure feedback and reports are delivered timely.

 
Requirements:

  • University degree with a minimum of 10 years’ experience within Insurance industry
  • Relevant experience in Business Development roles with strong product propositions positioning can be considered.
  • Strong written and Spoken English and Cantonese/Chinese is a must for internal & external communications and engagement
  • Solid understanding of the HK insurance market as well as good working knowledge of life Insurance products is necessary.
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
  • Candidates who are based in HK only.
