An International insurance firm with aggressive expansion plan across the region is seeking for Senior IT Technical Support. Alongside with the expansion of the business, this role will be expected to assist increasing number of users to set up IT environment. In return you will rewarded with high compensation and good employee's benefit. 


Responsibility
  • Daily IT support for internal staffs and customers as 1st point of contact across the APAC.
  • Provide helpdesk and onsite support.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance such as server, NAS, backup etc.
  • Involve with project implementation and support.
  • Covering printer, desktop, server, network and security.
  • Create and maintain IT infrastructure and network documentation.
  • Create and maintain documentation on technical problem including checklist.
  • Responsible for new staff orientation briefing.
  • Responsible for exit clearance for resigned staff.
  • Update & maintain IT inventory.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
 
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in Computer Studies / Information Technology.
  • Min 4 years of relevant IT support working experience.
  • Excellent IT skills and knowledge of troubleshooting computer related issues both hardware and software, as well as desktop, laptop and mobile devices
  • Knowledge of M365, Teams, Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft Endpoint Manager (InTune), as well as TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP is desired.
  • SQL Server (T-SQL, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, MDS)
  • Power BI
  • Powershell
  • Knowledge of IBM Guardium is desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively as a team player.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
