Responsibilities would include:
  • Support and implement strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the malls within the Company's assigned portfolio
  • Secure new tenancies, identify market segments and prospects, manage lease renewals with existing clients, and liaise with property agents
  • Conduct market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost
  • Maintain good relationships with tenants and prospects

Profile of ideal candidate:
  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
  • Years of relevant experience in retail leasing: 2-4 (Senior Exec) | 5-7 (Assistant Manager)
  • Sound understanding of the real estate industry with some network of contacts
  • Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills
  • Having a RES License is highly advantageous
