This position as Senior Director- Distribution Strategy will be supporting the Group Agency Distribution business of a multinational Insurance group. You will make important contributions towards initiating and executing strategic initiatives aligned with the Corporate Strategy. In a collaborative team environment, you will build relationships and work with cross-functional stakeholders, and local business units. Key Experience and qualifications
  • At least 10 years of relevant professional experience in consulting/strategy roles with international/top-tier companies.
  • Bachelor's Degree from a top-tier university; Advanced Degree or MBA is preferred. 
  • Experience working with insurance/financial services industry clients is preferred. 

Critical Skills to excel 
  • Critical-thinking , problem-solving skills 
  • Communicate complex ideas effectively 
  • Demonstrate examples of high performance and substantial achievements
  • Exceptional Analytical and quantitative problem solving skills 
  • Additional languages in Chinese is a huge plus.
