Our Client is a global professional services firm providing a range of services for clients across sectors. Your main responsibilities would be to advise, draft and negotiate technology services agreements, outsourcing collaboration projects and contracts, and proactively engage with senior management, internal stakeholders and external lawyers to provide legal advice. You will be part of the commercial team working on services integration and value add.
 
 You must:
  • Have an LLB (Honours) degree from a well-known university; Admission to the Singapore Bar
  • Excellent commercial skill negotiating, drafting IT services agreements (Cloud, Blockchain, SaaS)
  • Be called to the Singapore bar with at least 10-15  years PQE, with relevant experience in technology services and/or cybersecurity -related law, either in private practice or in-house
  • Be able to work independently, while also being a strong team player
