Responsibilities:
  • Support assay development and qualification related to mRNA, lipids, conjugates, and lipid nanoparticle characterization
  • Perform routine testing using HPLC, Western Blot, qPCR, UV-vis, ELISA, gel electrophoresis, etc.
  • Maintain cell culture and cell passage and other lab duties such as instrument maintenance, SOP drafting, sample submission etc.
 

Requirements:
  • Degree or Master in analytical sciences or related discipline (chemistry, biological sciences, molecular biology, cell biology, biotechnology, etc.)
  • At least 2 years hands on relevant experience in a wet lab setting
  • Familiar with routine testing (e.g. HPLC, Western Blot, qPCR, ELISA, gel electrophoresis) and cell culture techniques
  • Proficient in method troubleshooting
  • Experience in using statistical and excel for data analysis and presentation
  • Excellence interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent and detail-oriented fast learner
