Our client who is a global leader in the epoxy resin flooring sector, with offices and manufacturing facilities worldwide. They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager who is experienced in strategy, forecasting and key account management.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and acquire new customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and accounts
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet revenue goals
  • Manage and drive the sales cycle from prospecting through to successful closure
  • Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts
  • Prepare regular reports and conduct monthly meetings to review sales performance
  • Represent the brand to attend product launches, trainings, exhibitions, road shows, email campaigns, events

Job Requirements:

Skills required:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and technical roles within the resin flooring specialist industry
  • Proven strong track record of success, ability to prospect and manage relationships
  • Proficient in English and Korean for internal & external communications and engagement
  • Able to work independently
  • Willing to travel
