A reputable Multinational Corporation is looking for an experienced *Singapore based* senior real estate candidate to take on this newly created role with them as they move towards a re-organization and restructuring of their physical corporate offices across S.E.A. This would enable them to provide better and more efficient support to both their broad range of clients as well as employees.
 
Responsibilities of Regional Corporate Head of Property (Real Estate)
  • To be in charge of strategic development and smooth execution of the S.E.A Property Corporate Plans while in alignment with the company's overall strategy.
  • Someone who is able to work well with, influence and implement optimal solutions to the property portfolio with the business stakeholders (cluster/country CEOs and business leaders).
  • Ensures a full end to end management and operation coverage for all aspects of the property functions while continually improving operating metrics relating to space use, costs and employee experience.
  • Experienced in handling a sizeable portfolio of 70-100 properties across S.E.A with a portfolio size of 1.8m to 2.5m sq.ft with USD100m-180m budget including complying with environmental and sustainability targets.
  • Leading and mentoring the property team while working in harmony alongside cross functioning teams supporting the portfolio.
  • Be the Risk Management lead for all Property related risks, including Health and Safety, Security and Business Continuity Management.
  • Keep up to date with the applicable laws, guidelines, policies and regulations to ensure that the team, properties and their operations are in compliance. 
Requirements of Regional Corporate Head of Property (Real Estate)
  • Candidates with relevant regional Real Estate, Facilities Management and similar business-related background with min. 12-15+years of experience.
  • Holds min. 3-5years of team management and leadership experience especially for cross-functional teams.
  • Good knowledge in the real estate and facilities sector.
  • Holds a strong understanding of the importance of good customer service experience.
  • Ability to communicate and present well to both internal as well as external stakeholders.
