The Role:
Our client is a leading international law firm. They are now seeking a junior associate in their firm’s corporate practice group in Hong Kong. You and the team will be advising leading private equity funds, investment banks and property developers on multi-jurisdictional and complex real estate-related acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and financings.
Requirements:
- 1-3 PQE Hong Kong or Common law qualified solicitor
- Experience in Corporate M&A or/and Financing transactions
- Exposure or interest in real estate-related deals an added advantage
