This role supports a large scale, multi stream enterprise solution implementation. We are looking for  solid all round Project Coordination skills in large and complex environments, government experience ideal. Responsibilities include reporting, preparation of briefing packs and presentation, document management, assisting with resource on boarding, maintaining risk registers etc.  Strong Proficiency with MS office inc PowerPoint and Excel, Teams, Share point is required.

Skills & Experience

  • Solid experience in coordinating and supporting large multistream IT projects/programs in government and corporate environments
  • Proven broad experience across all aspects of project coordination inc reporting, briefing packs, presentations, updating schedules, document management etc
  • Demonstrated advanced proficiency with MS Office inc Excel and PowerPoint, Share point and/or Trim and Teams
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and frameworks
  • Relevant tertiary and/or professional qualifications, certification in Project Management is highly regarded
