Responsibilities:
  • Track, monitor and report project status, deliverables, timeline and adoption status throughout the overall project process against committed goals.
  • Drive appointed vendors to deliver to committed milestones, service levels & established delivery KPIs. Oversee successful and timely completion of project milestones/deliverables.
  • Identify and highlight potential risks and issues that may impact the scope or result in delay or cost increase. Propose mitigation controls for the identified risks/issues.
  • Focus on delivery performance and facilitate continuous improvement in Service Delivery Management Processes including Service Level Requirements for any new / developing services.
  • Be involved in programme management work areas including but not limited to conducting requirements analysis, functional testing, system implementation, end-user training and coordinating with appointed IT partners.
  • Identify and implement process improvements primarily within Functional Groups and/or respective programmes. Processes include business processes and programme delivery processes.
  • Explore new technology and its relevance to the businesses. Facilitate & guide market scan, survey and study.
Requirements:
  • Degree from a recognized university in IT.
  • More than 8 years of relevant working experience in a healthcare setting with healthcare informatics/ healthcare IT experience, with at least 3 years in a team management role.
  • Experience with IT project management and/or IT service operations.
  • PMP and/or ITIL certification will be advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational, people management and communication skills, with attention to details.
  • Ability to initiate, deliver and drive to complete projects with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work effectively as an individual as well as in a team.
  • Ability to work on complex issues simultaneously.
