Join an industry leader as they seek to expand and innovate their general insurance product offerings. As Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of general insurance products via bancassurance distribution. We are looking for a driven and high performing individual with GI product development skills, and additionally  offer strong exposure or successful experience in launching digital products. You will be working alongside a high performing team , and the successful individual can look forward to accelerating their insurance career with the business and lead the planning and execution of this portfolio.

Key Duties: 
  • Work with the Department head to deliver an overall proposition and product road map, engage with our dedicated bank partners to drive their bancassurance business.
  • Engage with internal and stakeholders to ensure all members are aligned with overall objectives. 
  • Conduct competitive analysis and engage in product research to refine product and customer value proposition.
  • Utilise targeted marketing and leads management processes for product initiatives and marketing campaigns. 
  • Oversee and ensure smooth implementation of product launches and marketing campaigns, including product content review, training, marketing and sales related materials.
Requirements: 
  • Demonstrated  strong experience in General Insurance product development; 5- 8 years of relevant working experience 
  • Prior experience with developing and launching digital products highly desirable. 
  • Strong marketing knowledge 
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • A team player with good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills to conduct work effectively
