As a Portfolio Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimising high-frequency trading (HFT) strategies across Delta 1 products. You will leverage your trading skills and market insights to capitalise on market opportunities and drive profitability of your portfolios.

Key Responsibilities include: 

  • Trading Strategy Development: Create, back-test, and implement trading strategies that align with the company's risk parameters and objectives.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage trading portfolios, ensuring risk is effectively controlled and performance targets are met.
  • Risk Management: Monitor and manage trading positions to ensure risk is effectively controlled.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify potential trading opportunities.
  • Technology Utilisation: Utilise cutting-edge trading technology and tools to execute strategies with precision.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements, ensuring the highest ethical and legal standards are maintained.


Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (e.g., Quantitative Finance).
  • Proven track record as a Portfolio Manager in a trading firm or financial institution, or proven track record in proprietary trading with a demonstrable history of successful trading strategies.
  • Strong analytic and quantitative skills.
  • Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, R, C++) is an advantage.
  • Exceptional risk management and decision-making abilities.
  • Deep knowledge of financial markets, trading instruments, and trading technologies.
