  • Candidates must have relevant financial portfolio and data center experience 

Responsibilities would include:
  • Cover end-to-end asset cycle
  • Oversight of global data center portfolio comprising of both stabilized operational and development assets
  • Work with internal teams to generate the required baseline for decision-making to utilize for the benchmarking and tracking of asset performance against; Implement and track asset optimization projects to increasing profitability, coming up with financial and technical recommendations to impact the revenue, expenses and investment of a given asset
  • Track monthly performance (asset level P&L), initiate and lead task force meetings per asset under considerations, establish regular asset evaluation, monitor improvement plan execution
  • Facilitate portfolio optimization and provide strategic recommendations on asset eg. optimize, divestment, close
  • Manage and optimize rent and lease reviews with a focus of tracking to the asset’s planned performance or implementing an improvement plan to get the asset back on track
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 7-10 years of relevant financial portfolio and data center sector experience
  • Strong analytical skillset - Able to conduct comprehensive data analysis and actionable output reports for stakeholders, manipulate large data sets using advanced Excel functions
  • Strategic thinking with structured and target oriented approach, with demonstrated skills in leadership, management, and collaboration
  • Technical mind-set with commercial acumen
  • Good communication skills, ability to present and communicate to all stakeholders
