Our client, a financial  services giant, is looking for a Senior Program Coordinator/PMO Lead to support the delivery of a number of project and programs in a key portfolio. You will need to show experience managing the financials of programs valued in the tens of millions. You will have one direct report.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Programme Director and workstream leads to track and report on delivery progress and financial status, risks, issues, dependencies and assumptions, consistently across the program
  • Own the program financial budgeting and forecasting responsibility for an 8-figure program
  • Support planning and estimation activities with workstream leads, developing a programme plan and view
  • Collation and preparation of material required for status reporting, stream meetings and Catalyst Steering Committee
  • Support identification, documentation and regular review of risks, issues and dependencies across the program
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office (ppt, excel, word), Microsoft Visio, Confluence, Sharepoint JIRA etc.
Attributes:
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within Financial Services sector
  • Demonstrated experience at program-level
  • Demonstrated experience managing the financials of significant programs of work
