The Role:
Our client is a top US law firm. They are now seeking to take on a junior associate in their firm’s leading PE M&A team in Hong Kong. You and the team will be advising leading private equity funds on multi-jurisdictional and complex mergers & acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures.
Requirements
- Outstanding academic credentials
- NQ to 2 PQE with Hong Kong / US / UK qualification
- Strong command in both English and Chinese
