  • Monday to Friday, 3 weeks afternoon shift 2.15pm to 11.30pm and 1 week morning shift 8.15am to 5.30pm, Shift Allowances Provided

Responsibilities
  • Perform shipment creation and truck assignment for all orders
  • Ensure all the route information (including delivery timing) is well maintained properly
  • Maximize the utilization rate of all the vehicles
  • Co-ordinate closely with the Distribution Operations Team to improve delivery efficiency by providing valuable feedback and suggestion on those problematic/challenging outlets.
  • Attend and resolve all feedback and complaints from the various departments on delivery issues, which are related to route planning.
  • Continuously improve the route efficiency by getting feedback from drivers.
  • Ensure all new outlets are correctly geo-coded to facilitate sequential deliveries.
  • Use route planning system to continuously improve the routing call-sequence and scheduling.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences, experiences in FMCG industry is added advantages
  • Knowledge in SAP and ERP system is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking drivers in regards with the shipment related matters
  • Good and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
