One of the first hires here ins Singapore you will be responsible for designing, developing and optimizing their production process and then scaling up.
The mRNA Production Scientist will:
- Develop and optimize the mRNA production process
- Perform production activities such as construct the template plasmid, perform the mRNA IVT, purification and QC
- Meet production quotas for project needs
The mRNA Production Scientist will be / have:
- Degree qualified in technical space
- Experience working in mRNA production
- Familiar with techniques such as qPCR, HPLC, LC-MS, agarose gel electrophoresis, western blots, dot blots, and capillary electrophoresis
