Our client, an mRNA biopharma firm, is looking for a Molecular Modelling Subject Matter Expert (SME) to be a member of their R&D team in Boston.  You will manage the prototype design of therapeutic proteins to advance the company’s mRNA platform.  You will spearhead the application of new computational tools.

The successful candidate will hold a relevant PhD in Biophysics / Biochemistry / Bioengineering / Computational Science disciplines, proficient in AMBER / Gromacs / NAMD / Rosetta, as well as Python or other programming language.  You have strong expertise in structural analysis involving antibodies and their associated formats (e.g. VHH, Fab, scFv) with in-depth exposure in antibody/ mRNA / protein modelling and structural prediction work.  You will have excellent stakeholder management skills with proven leadership in developing team.
