We have an exciting role with a Global Biotechnologies company who are looking to hire a Materials Engineer to join their Order fulfillment and supply chain group in Singapore. This role offers a great opportunity to work with multiple product lines whilst engaging with senior management as well as working level team members.
 
As a Materials Engineer your primary functions will be supplier management, material cost reduction and new product innovation support. You will be involved in the qualifying and procurement of the components as well as working closely with the various teams to develop strategies and identify key cost savings and commercial benefits across the organisation.
  
This position requires an individual with a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and experience in Procurement, as well being able to forge long-term supplier relationships. You will have previously gained working experience within manufacturing in Electrical, PCBA or electro-mechanical components as well as having a knowledge of mechanical and electrical fabrication technologies.
