Join an international insurance provider as Health Claims, Manager/Team Leader. You will lead junior staff members, and oversee health claims and operations functions. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Health Claims professionals seeking to take on leadership position. We are seeking for strong team players who can value add to the entire health business, and ensure excellent service delivery for our customers. 

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Team management- training and guiding team of claims handlers including overseeing TAT and assessment accuracy.
  • Internally work with stakeholders and participate across scheduled internal and external claims audits.
  • Focus on costs containment exercise and identify and evaluate fraud,waste and abuse activities.  
  • Engage internal stakeholders on health related transformation projects. 
  • Work on process improvements to deliver enhanced and quality customer service. 

Key Requirements 
  • Demonstrate relevant Health Claims Management experience, ideal experience across Group Hospital & Surgical and Outpatient Claims 
  • Demonstrate maturity to effectively manage and engage senior stakeholders and partners.
  • Excellent attention to detail, continuously improve and set high quality standards of performance.
  • Be a team player and think big picture, to drive excellence for the entire health business.
