We have an exciting role with a Global 3rd Party Logistics Provider who are looking to hire a Logistics Manager for the management of their warehousing and distribution operations. This role offers a great opportunity to oversee a team of multiple direct and indirect reports.  

As a Logistics Manager your primary functions will be the effective management of the warehousing and distribution operations for the company. You will be responsible for the incoming and outgoing goods, warehousing procedures, optimal usage of warehousing space, ensuring all requirements for packaging materials are met, ensuring safety and storage procedures, as well as delivering cost optimization, whilst ensuring full compliance of ISO, GMP and GSDP procedures.

This position requires an experienced and qualified professional with a degree qualification as well as experience in supply chain, cold chain logistics, with excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills, having managed a sizeable team. There is a preference for prior experience in the medical device, healthcare or pharmaceutical industry or in a 3PL contract logistics company as well as experience in SAP ERP (EWM, SD, MM). Candidates should have prior experience in Six Sigma, Lean, 5S, and continual improvement programs.
