Job Responsiblity 
  • Reporting to the Senior IT Manager, your job responsibilities shall include but not limited to:
  • Manage, monitor and patch all installed systems and infrastructure such as Windows Active Directory, Office365, Linux server, IBM AIX, Cisco Network, Next generation firewall, SD-WAN, web application firewall, VMware, Veeam, Azure, AWS, telephony system, print server, laboratory information system (LIS), etc
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support
  • Brainstorm with team members to design/enhance the efficiency and security of IT infrastructure and operation
  • Create and maintain IT documentation.
  • Work closely with Project Manager to ensure project timeline and technical requirement has been met.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior and other team members.
  • Perform other assigned duties as required or requested by your superiors
  • May be rotated/ required to travel to other lab locations or work shifts as necessary due to projects or business requirement

Job Qualification
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or relevant discipline with at least 2-3 years similar hands-on working experience in application support. Junior engineers are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates with the following will have an added advantage:
    • i) Certification such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MCSE & Red Hat RHCSA
    • ii) Experience in Microsoft Form and Power Automate
    • iii) Understanding of laboratory business and previous experience in the healthcare industry or clinical laboratory
  • Strong technical competency in IT troubleshooting for operating systems, applications and security areas
  • Good knowledge of Information Systems security, IT Standards, methodologies, audit requirements
  • Strong problem-solving skills with initiative
