Join a fast growing insurance business and their Product Management Department. In this team, you will perform the role of ILP and Funds Product Manager, and work on developing and supporting the annual product plans for end customers.You will be largely responsible for curation of funds, manage fund related information to be provided and assist in pre and post product launches. You will support queries from distributors and customers, internal stakeholders.Individuals should bring demonstrated experience in managing funds and ideally familiar with MAS filing and reporting work. The individual should also be highly meticulous, good with fund data platforms and can work independently.
 
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Curate best in class funds
  • Manage the investment related contents of fund details and product highlights sheets, semi-annual and annual-reports of the ILP funds and commentaries on markets and funds
  • Provision of fund related information including liaison with the external fund managers for training purposes on funds
  • Support the HOD with distribution agreements with Fund houses, fund execution platforms, MAS filings.
  • Provide pre and post product and fund launch support to address product and fund related queries from internal stakeholders, distributors and customers.
  • Ensure ILP products and funds are in compliance to regulatory requirements and company policies and risk functions
  • Support the team in developing strong culture of product innovation through regular workshops with distribution partners, fund houses, customers, internal stakeholder and re-insurers.
  • Ensure all products and funds plans are developed in accordance to the product and fund management framework developed by the company
 
Key Requirements
  • Degree Holder
  • At least  5-8 years of relevant experience managing funds in financial services industry- insurance, banking institutions, asset management firms, funds platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, can demonstrate good to strong technical knowledge on financial and insurance concepts and have good quantitative abilities.
  • Strong organisation skills
